How we work

From first workshop to go-live

Five steps, starting with your rules of business and proving the platform on a single wing or scheme before any wider rollout.

  1. Requirement mapping

A workshop with the department to align the platform to existing rules of business and file-noting conventions.

  2. Pilot deployment

Prove the platform on a single wing or scheme before department-wide or state-wide rollout.

  3. Deployment your way

On-premise, private-cloud or hybrid, per department policy and empanelment requirements.

  4. Training & adoption

Dedicated support, training and change-management for officials and field staff.

  5. Ongoing support

Maintenance, security patching and configuration support post go-live.

Typical engagements start small: one wing, one scheme, one measurable win, then scale department-wide or state-wide.

The exchange

What we need, what you get

From your department

  • Your rules of business and file-noting conventions
  • A wing or scheme to pilot on
  • Your deployment policy: on-premise, cloud or hybrid
  • Officials and field staff for training sessions

From Varaisys

  • Workflows, forms and approval hierarchies configured to match, not the other way round
  • A working pilot before any wider commitment
  • Training and change-management for officials and field staff
  • Ongoing maintenance, security patching and configuration support

Common questions

Asked in every first meeting

Can we deploy inside our own or NIC infrastructure?

Yes. Deployment is selected by the department, not fixed by us: on-premise within your data centre, State Data Centre or NIC infrastructure, an empanelled Government Community Cloud, or hybrid.

Does any data leave Indian jurisdiction?

No. All data, backups and processing remain within Indian jurisdiction as required; there is no mandatory transfer outside government-approved infrastructure.

How much can the platform adapt to our department?

Workflows, forms, roles, approval hierarchies, reports and language/localisation are configured to your rules of business and file-noting conventions, not hard-coded.

Do we have to roll out department-wide from day one?

No. Engagements start with a pilot on a single wing or scheme, and scale department-wide or state-wide only after it proves itself.

What about officers working in the field?

Workflows are mobile and offline-capable, built for inspectors and field officers working in low-connectivity areas.

What happens after go-live?

Dedicated support, training and change-management for officials and field staff, plus ongoing maintenance, security patching and configuration support.

Next step

Ready to see it on your files?

Start with a requirement-mapping workshop and a pilot on a single wing or scheme. No decks, no obligation, no pitch.
